In the cellar, designed and manufactured to accommodate the barrels and the whole processing of the grapes, are bottled around 30,000 bottles a year. Of these, 10,000 of Cerasuolo di Vittoria, 10,000 of Nero d'Avola and another 10,000 of Grillo.
The company is almost autonomous in grape production with 12 ha of vineyards. In the vineyards we adopt innovative farming techniques, with plant density such as to contain the production strain and improve the quality of the grapes.
