"Naomi" is a wine produced at the foot of the Iblei hills entirely from grapes of Grillo, is a dry white wine of straw yellow color, with a distinctive aroma reminiscent of nettle, green pepper and jasmine. Intense aroma of dried plants, like green tea, hay and other vegetable and floral notes.
It is able to maintain a pleasant freshness in the mouth, combined with a good alcoholic content makes it a very good wine to drink young but able to withstand a couple years in bottle.
Particularly suitable to accompany fried fish and shellfish, pasta and risotto with crustaceans, vegetables and fish starters.

Production area: Southeastern Sicily.
Grapes: Grillo 100%.
Altimetry: 250 meters above sea level
Soil: medium consistency, comes from sub Apennine sands of Pliocene origin, siliceous limestone and clay interspersed with layers of fresh, compact and calcareous tuff.
Training system: upwards-trained vertical-trellised at 70 cm from soil.
Harvesting period: late september / early october.
Winemaking: maceration on the skins
Ageing in winery: between 12 and 18 months.
Alcoholic content: 13,50%
Storing: lying bottle with controlled temperature of 15-16°
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Suggestions: fried fish and shellfish, pasta and risotto with crustaceans, vegetables and fish starters.
