"Naomi" is a wine produced at the foot of the Iblei hills entirely from grapes of Grillo, is a dry white wine of straw yellow color,
with a distinctive aroma reminiscent of nettle, green pepper and jasmine. Intense aroma of dried plants, like green tea, hay and other
vegetable and floral notes.
It is able to maintain a pleasant freshness in the mouth, combined with a good alcoholic content makes it a very good wine to drink young but able to withstand a couple years in bottle.
Particularly suitable to accompany fried fish and shellfish, pasta and risotto with crustaceans, vegetables and fish starters.
